For special circumstances, after hour and weekend service visits can be requested to ease and minimize office down time to accommodate certain repairs or installs. Requests for after hour service will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All approved and scheduled service requests provided outside of normal business hours will be billed in minimal 1 hour increments.
Payment is requested upon completion of service
Payment methods include Cash, Check, ACH, and Credit Card.

A $25 dollar arrival fee will be charged for all initial service visits.

$120 per 1/2 hour up to the 1st hour.

$95 per 1/2 hour after the 1st hour.

If a scheduled service request is not cancelled before the arrival of the technician, a $75 cancellation fee may be applied.

Any past due balances will be subject to a late fee.

CT state sales tax will be charged for all sales and service.
